What software do you use?
We primarily work with Adobe Lightroom Classic, using your catalogue and presets wherever possible to maintain consistency. We can also work with tools like AfterShoot for culling and Adobe Photoshop for more detailed retouching when needed.
How do I send you my files?
You’ll simply upload your Lightroom catalogue and RAW files via our preferred cloud storage platform, Google Drive. We’ll guide you through this step so it stays simple.
How long does editing take?
Turnaround time depends on the size of the gallery and current workload, but we’ll always agree on a clear timeframe before we begin so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll refine the gallery to ensure it aligns with your style. Our goal is always consistency and confidence in the final delivery.
